The Indian film industry has lost his two gems in less than 24 hours. The legendary actor Irrfan khan died because of colon infection. Another veteran actor Rishi Kapoor who has died due to leukemia. Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor’s death is a huge loss to Indian cinema.
Irrfan khan, a very humble and beloved actor, has revealed in March 2018, that he had been diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor. After extensive treatment in London, the actor recovered well enough and completes the shoot for the Angrezi medium. But on Wednesday morning, very shocking news came that the legendary actor Irrfan khan has passed away at the age of 53.
Then, on Thursday morning, another scary news totally devastated the fans that the veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, 67, has also passed away. Rishi Kapoor has also died because of cancer.

Irrfan Khan, who was born in Rajasthan into a middle-class family completed his M.A. in Jaipur before joining the National School of Drama (NSD) in 1984 to study acting. After passing out from NSD he comes to Mumbai for movies. In 1988, he made his debut with a small role in Salaam Bombay. He has done many T.V. shows at that time like Chanakya, Chandrakanta, Jai Hanuman, and many more.
His filmy career started with the lead role in the film The Warrior (2001). He has done many good films like Haasil (2004), Maqbool, Rog, and many others during those days. For Paan Singh Tomar (2012) he won the best actor’s national award. He also works in many Hollywood films like The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), Jurassic World (2015), and many more.
He removed his surname “khan” because- according to a 2016 interview- he wanted his work to define him, not his lineage.
Irrfan khan has released an audio clip of 1:30 minute before the release of the Angrezi medium in which he said that “wait for me” to his audience, which becomes viral on the social media after the death of the legendary actor. Here’s Irrfan’s last message to his fans before saying goodbye.
The film industry could get many actors with good looks and physique but it might be impossible to get another Irrfan khan in the future. His eyes say everything. Words can’t describe his greatness. Surely, there is no doubt that Indian cinema and the entire world lost a true gem.

Rishi Kapoor born (1952), made his debut, as an adolescent with his father’s Raj Kapoor’s film Mera Naam Joker (1970) for which he won National Award for best child artist. As an adult, he makes his first lead role in Bobby (1973) for which he won the Filmfare Award for the best actor.
In 2018, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with leukemia and went to New York City for treatment. After successful treatment, he recovered well enough and returned back to India. On 29 April, Rishi Kapoor admitted to Sir H.N Reliance Foundation Hospital after a breathing problem. He died from Leukemia on 30 April 2020.
Well, both the actors Irrfan khan and Rishi Kapoor have always missed by there fans. And no one can replace them in Indian cinema.
